Circuit / New - opens a window
where you can choose among 9 circuits typing 1 to 9
You can also select circuits 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 .... 1.9, 2.1,
2.2, ... 2.9 ... 9.9
Circuits 1.1, 1.2 etc are the same as circuit 1 except for the values
of the components
Circuits 2.1, 2.2 etc are the same as circuit 2 except for the values
of the components
Automatic mode - means you only must select the resistors that
are connected in series or parallel in order to solve the circuit. Manual mode - you must also compute the equivalent resistances,
the currents and voltages.
These are the 9 available circuits:
Circuit / Restart Self-explanatory.
View / Names R1, R2, Re1, etc..
View / Values 100 Ω, 220 Ω, etc ..
View / Nodes Each node is painted in a different color.
View / Currents Displays the currents in
milliamperes. If the current is unknown - has not been computed yet - a
question mark is shown.
View / Voltages Displays the
voltages in volts. If the voltage is unknown - has not been computed
yet - a question mark is shown.
View / Score Displays the mode you
are using ( auto or manual ) and the wrongs and rights achieved. The
score is reset for each new circuit.
